Amazon are the go to’ website when we want to buy online. Amazon Prime is great value and gets you free next day delivery on most items shipped direct from Amazon.
The only problem I’ve had buying from Amazon.co.uk was with a 3rd party supplier, so Amazon get 10/10 from me.
Amazon Kindle rocks. The 3G version gets you access all over the world so you can get on the internet wherever you get a signal, and download books, papers, and magazines.
Much better for reading eBooks than the ipad or other LCD tablets thanks to the eInk tech. Zero glare when you’re reading outside make the Kindle a joy. Well done to Amazon, and thanks for saving me from having to buy overpriced books from the airport and tourist traps when on holiday.
Amazon’s usually the first place I try when I want to buy something online. The range of items they offer is huge, they offer great product information and really informative reviews. The website is a pleasure to use making finding what you want and ordering it incredibly easy. One of the best sites on the Web! 10/10
Amazon is by far the best shop on the net, it has everything, DVDs, Games, Books, Food, CDs, Watches, Clothes, Exercise Equipment etc.
I have bought a lot of things from Amazon and never once had a problem with them, they offer free delivery on most of their items and the delivery is super fast.

Love shopping with Amazon – the iPhone app is awesome for shopping on the go. I like to order books from the same author when I am just a few chapters away from the end so I can carry on reading. Its great!
I regularly use amazon and find that most of the time it’s the cheapest place to get things like CDs and DVDs (always worth checking other places though). I’ve also bought some brilliant clothes on here, including bench hoodies, for much cheaper than on the high street. The only thing to watch is postage – often it auto-selects the paid for option when you could get free delivery.
Amazon has proved consistently that it can deliver on price, quality and customer service for all my purchases, which are quite a few and varied.
Not always the cheapest, but most products have a customer review to help you see what you are really going to get. Add to this the delivery tracking and delivery options and it proves much more practical than some other internet shopping sites.
One cause for concern is the possible false postings that have been spotted on some of the books being sold.
Even if you don’t purchase from Amazon it’s a good reference site.

Amazon offers a great range of product often at discount prices. I shop regularly in Amazon, especially around Christmas for computer games, music and bluerays. Pre-ordering items offers great value for money as they quiet often are on discounts and they arrive on the day of release. The reviews by other customers are invaluable when ordering different items that you may not have heard of before and this is a source of information that I use a lot, such as when I purchased Ugg boots as the sizing guides were slightly different. Because of the reviews and advice I could purchse in confidence.
Amazon are usually my first stop for online shopping with most things. Their prices are always some of the lowest around and their ease of ordering means it’s just not worth looking around to save a few pence. Their delivery is also first rate, most things turning up within a couple of days if not the next day.
I have never known anyone deliver as quickly from order as Amazon. It’s always well packaged and swift.
Once registered their order system is quick and easy.
I have a ‘Kindle’ and I jsut go there, choose the books and they are instantly downloaded to my Kindle, which is registered on Amazon website.
I don’t need to get all flowery over Amazon…they are doing as they should, excellent prices and delivery….doing as all good online companies should, but no one does it quite as well as Amazon in my opinion.
Amazon are one of the original online sellers and still rank as one of the best. when out and about I often use the app to get an idea of the price of items as Amazon seem to be one of the most competitive sites around. everything I have ordered always comes well packaged and often earlier than expected.
Amazon is a great site of reviews as well as getting great products as low prices – dont forget they also do clothing and shoes! Every womans dream
for me, Amazon is the cheapest place to go for almost everything! They have offers and lower price deals on all the time although sometimes you have to get in quick! The delivery of items is spot on and in the one instance an item got lost, a replacement was sent out hassle-free and very quickly
As the proverbial book worm my children purchased A Father’s day gift of an Amazon eBook for me this year.
There are 2 models to choose from, both down load a book in second and store over 3,000 books so unless you live in a remote region the cheaper standard model (around £111 ish) should be fine.
The Kindle is slim 190mm x 123mm x 8.5mm and weighs a mere 241 grams & fits comfortably in the palm of my hand. I mistakenly believed that their small size might make reading difficult, but you can enlarge the text, so I don’t even need my reading glasses. Bye, bye wrist and eye strain!
Best of all the Ereader uses electronic ink, doesn’t need a backlight so can be read outside in direct sunlight & is definitely coming on holiday with me.

I have just recently started to use Amazon and I love the site. Great range of products at really good prices, this is always my first port of call when shopping for anything. I have made several purchase and have been very pleased with the quality and delivery.
I have recently started to use some of the features like the wish list (have mentioned this to my OH ready for Xmas :p)
I love Amazon, it’s the first place I look for anything. The draw backs, in my opinion, are the slow shipping (for free shipping you normally have to wait 3 or 4 days) and the fact that you can buy a lot of the items cheaper elsewhere. In fact a lot of the time if you shop around on their own site you can find it cheaper!
All in all though you can almost guarantee to find it on Amazon!
Amazon is a great website for finding all the latest products at a good price, and the free delivery on items delivered from Amazon themselves helps you save even more money. I have bought dozens of items from Amazon, all using the free delivery where available, and they all turn up within around 5 days of the order.
The one time I ordered a DVD which didn’t show up I got in contact with them and they sent me out another one which arrived a few days later, so they have good customer service.
Amazon is such a great website to find anything you want, especially with the opportunity to buy items in a range of conditions. Items are usually shipped very quickly and you are always kept up to date with where your item is. The only problem I have had with Amazon is with marketplace sellers, where items have been in worse condition than specified or not been for the purpose specified (very dirty, scratched CD and an incompatible data cable). So I would definitely recommend buying from Amazon itself for a hassle free shopping experience!
I can’t understand how people rave on about amazon.I have ordered new products and been sent ones that had been opened and obviously used before.Their prices are not the best or cheapest around.My credit card details were also stolen on amazon.It may be a giant company but that doesn’t make it good.
Just got 5 books for 99p each delivered in an instant to my Kindle. Set for the next few weeks of reading, but if I run out while on holiday I can download some more thanks to the free 3g connection around the world! If you run out of books on holiday you’re stuck with the overpriced and limited choice in your local shop, if there is one. Go Kindle.

A good reliable website with an ever growing range of products for sale. It is definately my first point of call for things these days! Even though they don’t do discount codes you are sure to grab a bargain. If your not desperate add it to your basket or wishlist as prices often fluctuate, so you could get an item at a lower cost. The only thing that can cause an issue is the fact its not only products stocked by amazon these days so you need to read carefully.

I buy the majority of my books from Amazon, they have the widest choice and best prices I’ve found of any online store. Delivery prices are transparent and good value and my books have always arrived when they say they will. The only problem I have with the site is that I like to browse bookshelves before I buy and I still find this easiest in a bookstore than online.
I love Amazon, they have up to date books, music and all other manor of products. Most are reduced in retail price. They have reviews for products too which is great and certainly has helped me in purchasing products. There is an option to track your delivery and loads of difference delivery options to choose from.
Amazon offers a wide range of products at reasonable prices. Easy to find, easy to use and always reliable. Whether it’s been for University or pleasure, I’ve always been able to get the products needed after just a quick search and a prompt delivery, and the prices are difficult to beat which makes life easier, especially for students. Delivery is quick, and the goods are well packaged. And now I have a Kindle, so an extra feather in their cap. It’s very simple to order books, either at home on the web, or via the Kindle’s wi-fi link when travelling abroad.
I always compare prices when I shop online, but Amazon is almost always the cheapest. Amazon prices do go up and down frequently, for instance Christmas time is more expensive. If you place your items in your basket and then save them for later, Amazon will keep you up to date with the most currrent price.

Delivery is free when you take the special option; it is also reliable and quick. It is a wonderful site, useful for information as well as items (how many Mr Men books are there?) and my only caveat is that it makes it far too easy to buy rather too much!
I absolutely love amazon.co.uk for their wide selection of goods and great prices, and have recently spent approx £700 on around 10 items (January-July 2011). Instead of buying on the high street, I’d heartily recommend a quick check online, and in particular amazon’s, as often their prices are MUCH cheaper. I always tend to use the search parameter “free super saver delivery” on the left hand side to get the best value. Easy to surf, well stocked, what more can anyone ask for?
Trying to find something negative to say is actually quite difficult as I’ve never had a problem, though I’ve only bought from Amazon themselves rather than a partner. Perhaps they slow the super saver deliveries down a bit in the warehouses, but who knows. Once, after checking parcel tracking, I saw that it had been delivered to the local warehouse, so phoned them up to see if it could be sent out that same day – which they did, and I reckon I saved myself 2 or 3 days of waiting – cool!
